Privacy Policy

What personal data this site collects, why, how long it is kept and how to have it deleted.

Last updated: 8 September 2026

1. The short version

chickenroadgameonline.net has no accounts, no newsletter and no advertising network. The only personal data that reaches us is what you type into an email, plus the technical records any web server keeps. That is the whole of it, and the sections below simply set it out properly.

2. Analytics you can refuse

Measurement is optional and aggregate. Decline it and every guide, table and FAQ still works exactly as before — the only thing lost is our picture of which sections get read.

3. What is collected automatically

Our host writes standard access logs: IP address, timestamp, the file requested and the browser string. They exist to keep the site up and to spot abuse, they rotate on a short cycle, and they are never joined to anything else.

4. What you send us

If you write to us, we hold your address and your message for as long as the matter is open plus a short period afterwards. We reply to the address you wrote from and nothing else. You are not added to a list, because no list exists.

5. Measurement

Where analytics are enabled, they record page views, referrers, coarse region and device class in aggregate. No profiles are built, no individual is identified, and nothing is sold. Refusing them in the cookie notice means the script never loads.

This site covers browser play above everything else, because most readers meet the game in a tab rather than an app. The rules on this page apply the same way whether you opened the lobby on a laptop or a phone.

6. Your rights

You may ask what we hold, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, and you may complain to your national data protection authority. Requests are answered inside the statutory period, usually within two business days.

7. What happens at the operator

The moment you follow a link to a casino you are under its privacy policy, not ours. Registration details, identity documents and payment data go to that company directly and never through this site.

8. Changes

Revisions appear on this page with a new date. If a change ever expanded what we collect, it would be announced on the homepage rather than filed quietly here.

9. Cross-border processing

Our host and mail provider may process data outside India under standard contractual protections. What is involved is technical data and correspondence, nothing more.

Questions about anything above go to the contact page, where a person answers them.
